These Website Terms apply only to the heymira.so marketing website — including the waitlist, blog, and informational pages. If you use the MIRA product at app.heymira.so, your use is governed by the MIRA Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at https://app.heymira.so/terms and https://app.heymira.so/privacy.

By accessing the Website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who May Use the Website

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website or submit your email address to the MIRA waitlist. By using the Website, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Waitlist and Email Collection

The Website includes a waitlist signup form that collects your email address. By submitting your email to the MIRA waitlist, you:

• Consent to receive communications from MIRA about the product launch, early access, and related updates
• Confirm you are 18 years of age or older
• Acknowledge that your email address will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://${APP}/privacy

You may unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing support@heymira.so.

Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not guarantee access to the MIRA product, and does not create any contractual obligation on either party.

The Website contains forward-looking descriptions of a product under development. Features, pricing, availability, and launch timelines described on the Website are subject to change and do not constitute a guarantee or commitment.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEYMIRA, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE. HEYMIRA, INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
